Sailboat Restoration Program

Our program empowers at-risk youth through hands-on training in boat repair, restoration, and maritime skills—all under the guidance of seasoned mentors and marine professionals. More than just a trade, we offer a path to purpose, responsibility, and confidence.

Through real-world work on real boats, participants learn valuable skills in mechanics, woodworking, fiberglass repair, electrical systems, and more. But the lessons go far beyond the toolbox—this is about teamwork, discipline, and self-worth.
